Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC has no present or prospective personal interest of the appraised vehicle, nor present or prospective interest or bias with respect to the participants in any transaction regarding the appraised vehicle.
Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC has no present or prospective future interest in the appraised vehicle, and either current or future employment, nor is the compensation received for the appraisal fee contingent on the appraised value of the vehicle, or any possible settlement in any legal or insurance issue.
The content of this report is based on the consideration of the information provided by the owner of the vehicle, as well as trusting that information such as the history, vehicle identification number, data tags, date codes, paint codes, stampings, and odometer mileage are all original and have not been tampered with. No guarantee can be made by, Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC with regard to original condition or authenticity.
In the event that a prospective purchaser desires any specific warranty regarding condition or authenticity, a contract should be agreed upon by the buyer and seller prior to any payment being exchanged for the appraised vehicle.
Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC makes no warranties general or specific in the appraisal of the subject vehicle. This appraisal is a value estimate of the vehicle at the time of inspection at the location of the inspection.
In the appraisal of this vehicle, the verification of legal ownership and/or the existence of any liens are beyond the scope of this report.
The content of this appraisal report will not be discussed with anyone but the appraisal purchaser without the purchaser’s request, unless Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC is required to do so by due process of the law.
Any additional action by Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC such as expert witness services, or defense of this written appraisal will be billed at the current hourly rate, and will also need to account for any possible necessary travel and or lodging expense.
Unless compiled from information provided by the owner or insurer after a total loss or theft, the appraisal report describes the condition of the vehicle at the time Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC completed the inspection.
In inspecting the subject vehicle Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC only inspected what could be viewed without disassembly of any body, interior, mechanical, or electrical components unless prior arrangements were made between the seller and the client of Bullseye Auto appraisal.
Bullseye Auto Appraisal disclaims any liability for any hidden, wrecked, altered, damaged, or tampered components not readily apparent. Be advised most components can fail without warning. Bullseye Auto Appraisal, LLC and its owners assume no liability for errors and omissions.
Any opinion as to the safety of the appraised vehicle or not should it be involved in an accident is beyond the scope of this report.
